Return/Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please let us know by emailing us at Contact Page. or ring 02 8604 7000 and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Ausganica does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.

Here are our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

DAMAGED ITEMS: please contact us with a few photos of how your products arrived. We will quickly resend replacements. Photos will help us avoid this from happening in shipment of that product. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email.

RETURNS/REFUNDS: after confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly either re-supply the items or credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.

Goods received shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

Please note: no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We cannot credit accounts with refunds or exchanges without authorization. Your refund request will usually be processed immediately upon receipt. However, it may take several business days for it to display on your credit card statement depending on your bank or credit card's processing times.

Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Ausganica may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by our customer service.
