Return/Refund Policy Original
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and Ausganica products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the condition of the product upon arrival, or the product itself, please let us know by emailing us at Contact Page.
Here are our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
DAMAGED ITEMS: please contact us with a few photos of how your products arrived. We will quickly resend replacements. Photos will help us avoid this from happening in shipment of that product. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email.
RETURNS: If you're unsatisfied with the product, please email us at Contact Page within 14 days upon receipt. Let us know any details about your experience, and we'll gladly offer replacement products equal to your original purchase price. We will also provide instructions on the returning of products if required.
REFUNDS: Refunds should be initiated by first contacting our customer service through emailing your request and reason for refund at Contact Page.
Please note: no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We cannot credit accounts with refunds or exchanges without authorization. Your refund request will usually be processed immediately upon receipt. However, it may take several business days for it to display on your credit card statement depending on your bank or credit card's processing times.
Most items sold on Ausganica.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Ausganica may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. If you aren't required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be notified by our customer service.
