Spike Lavender Essential Oil is said to create a mental alertness, and is good for skin, especially damaged or scarred skin. It is indicated for upper respiratory conditions as it will break up phlegm and open passages. Spike Lavender Essential Oil has cineole as well as camphor in it and is a kinder, softer eucalyptus in that it has the properties of eucalyptus, decongests and soothes aching tired muscles but it is more antiseptic than other lavenders and used in hand soap and wound healing. Spike lavender is more robust than true lavender and its scent also can seem more bold.
